hall of fame contender:
The Kiwifruit
A Kiwi is a flightless bird, a nickname for a native New Zealander, and one of the worlds greatest fruits.

There are so many great qualities with Kiwi fruit. First, it looks interesting with it's think fuzzy layer and golden brown skin. Next is the perfect shape and size to fit in your hand. Every time I pick up a Kiwi I have an urge to throw it. It's smaller than a baseball, larger than a golf ball, and is just the perfect sized round object for throwing (I have never thrown a Kiwi, I just have a desire to when it's in my hand). When you cut open a Kiwi it's almost like a scene from Avatar. The bright neon green mixed in with the cool interior webbing of seeds. Last, it's easy to eat. You can pretty much just attack it with a spoon and make quick work of the whole deal. Tangy, sweet, healthy, quick, colorful, simple. That's a grade A fruit experience in my book.
